Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Radio Flyer apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original box or mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the clothing.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
